Who can use Delimobil?

Our service is available to all Russian citizens over 21 years old with a permanent residence registered in Russia, class B drivers license and at least two years of driving experience. All our customers must comply with the terms and conditions of the Delimobil service and be approved to sign the agreement.

Is the Delimobil service available to residents of other countries?
Foreign citizens may use our service subject to approval. To get approved, please sign up and wait for our response.
How do I sign up for Delimobil?
To use our services, please sign up at delimobil.ru or on the Delimobil mobile app (iOS, Android) and wait for your account to be activated. It may take between several minutes to 24 hours to check your documents. We'll send you the results via text message and email.
What documents do I need to attach to sign up for your service electronically?

You must attach the following documents:

  • Passport: double-page spread with photo
  • Passport: double-page spread with residence registration
  • Drivers License Front and Reverse Side
  • Agreent
  • A selfie with your passport (picture of your face next to the double-page spread of your passport).

Please make sure all these steps were followed correctly:

  1. The passport number must be clearly visible
  2. There should be no flares or light spots on the pictures
  3. Your passport photo and other data must not be obstructed by your fingers.
  • Using your finger, write your signature on the screen of your smartphone.
What documents do I need to attach to sign up for your service in person?

As soon as your application is approved you'll receive an email with an invitation to sign the Delimobil Agreement. Vehicle Information

What kind of cars do you have?
Our fleet includes two types of vehicles: Hyundai Solaris (1.4l engine) and Audi TT. All our vehicles are automatic, and have heated seats and air conditioning. You can also connect your phone to the AUX input or play music via USB. We are constantly working to improve and expand our fleet. To get more up-to-date information, give us a follow on social media and sign up for our channel on Telegram (@delimobil).
Are Delimobil cars insured?
All Delimobil vehicles only have compulsory third party car insurance ("OSAGO") with extended coverage (third party insurance coverage is extended to 1,500,000 rubles).
Are Delimobil vehicles equipped with airbags?
Yes, all our vehicles have front and side airbags.
Do Delimobil cars have charging devices?
Our vehicles are equipped with charging devices for iPhones (Lightning port) and smartphones with microUSB. If the charging device is missing or not operational, please inform us via Telegram (@delimobil_support), email info@delimobil.ru or leave a message on our website.
Are there special child seats in Delimobil cars?
There are no child seats in our cars, but you can use your own child seat.

How to use Delimobil

My phone number has changed, what to do?
To change your phone number is necessary to send an email from your registered mail with new selfie and passport attached to info@delimobil.ru.
How can I change the plan?
To change the plan is necessary to send an enquiry from your registered account email with given subject “Change the plan” to info@delimobil.ru with mentioning your phone number and package name you want to change to.
How do I rent a Delimobil car?

Select any available car on the map in the Delimobil app or at delimobil.ru, and click Book Now. Your car will wait for you absolutely free for the first 20 minutes, after which the Standby pricing plan is applied.

If you cancel your booking twice within 24 hours, the Standby pricing plan now applies immediately for all further bookings without any free waiting time. The first free 20 minutes will only become available again after you complete your current rental.

What do I do if the car is visibly damaged or unclean before my rental period begins?
Please carefully inspect the car before renting it. If the car is damaged or unclean, please report the issue to us using any means available: our Telegram bot (@sup_delimobil_bot), Call Center 8 (800) 234 22 44, or sending photos to our Telegram account (@delimobil_support) or emailing info@delimobil.ru. Otherwise, you will be considered responsible for any damage you fail to report.
Where are the Delimobil vehicle's documents kept?
The vehicle documents (the registration certificate and proof of insurance) as well as fuel cards for Lukoil and EKA gas stations are located in the glove box. If the documents or fuel cards are missing, please inform us via phone 8 (800) 234 22 44, Telegram (@delimobil_support), email info@delimobil.ru or leave a message on our website.
Where are Delimobil car keys?
To unlock a Delimobil car, use the mobile app. The key is already in the ignition lock. Just turn the key to start the engine.
Where can I drive Delimobil cars?

If you are renting a car in Moscow, you can drive the car and put it in Standby anywhere in Moscow oblast.

If you are renting a car in St. Petersburg, you can drive the car and put it in Standby anywhere in Leningrad oblast.

It is prohibited to use our cars off-road.

Where can I park Delimobil cars?

You can park our cars anywhere you like, as long as it complies with the Road Traffic Regulations of the Russian Federation.

In Moscow: free parking lots and paid parking facilities for light vehicles in the urban paid parking zone as defined by the Decree of the Moscow City Government.

In St. Petersburg, drivers can only use free parking lots.

It is not permitted to complete your rental: in underground parking lots, fenced compounds with barrier gates, areas with limited or no access to GLONASS/GPS and the internet, parking lots for disabled persons, parking lots for commercial vehicles, or paid parking lots outside the urban paid parking zone.

How do I complete my rental of a Delimobil car?
You just need to park your Delimobil car in an authorized area. Please make sure the windows are closed, shift the car into park, and turn off the ignition by turning the key in the ignition lock. Exit the car and close the doors, then click Finish Rental in the mobile app. The Delimobil car will honk and flash its lights to thank you. Pull the door handle to make sure the car is locked.
Where can I end my Delimobil car rental?

You can end your rental anywhere within a permitted area in compliance with Road Traffic Regulations.

For more information about permitted areas to end Delimobil car rentals, please read the Delimobil Agreement (Appendix 6) or enable Show Permitted Areas in the Radar section of the mobile app.

It is not permitted to complete your rental: in underground parking lots, fenced compounds with barrier gates, areas with limited or no access to GLONASS/GPS and the internet, parking lots for disabled persons, parking lots for commercial vehicles, or paid parking lots outside the urban paid parking zone.

I'm unable to end my rental

Please check the following:

  • Your mobile device must be connected to the Internet
  • The car's doors, windows and trunk must be closed
  • The car must be in park
  • The ignition must be off.

If you're still unable to end your rental, please call 8 (800) 234 22 44 or report your issue to our official support chat in Telegram (@delimobil_support).

How do I pay for trips in Delimobil cars?

All fees are automatically charged to the card linked to your account in accordance with your pricing plan. You can only use VISA and MASTERCARD cards with Internet Pay enabled. Internet payments are processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of International Payment Systems; your privacy and security of transactions are ensured by using modern authentication techniques and secure communication channels. For any questions related to payments using cards and any other inquiries related to our services, please call 8 (800) 234 22 44.

Please note that unless you pay for services within 48 hours, you are charged a late fee of 0.5% of the current outstanding amount for each day of delay.

How do I refuel my Delimobil car?

If the fuel gauge light is on, you must refuel your Delimobil car. Using our fuel card, you can refuel your car at Lukoil, EKA and certain other gas stations. To find the location of our nearest partner fuel stations, enable Display Fuel Stations in the mobile app, call 8 (800) 234 22 44 or use our Telegram bot (@sup_delimobil_bot). Before refueling please contact our Control Center to warn us you are about to refuel the car.

If you fill more than 30 liters of fuel, you receive 15 minutes of Rental mode credited to your bonus account.

Who pays for washing the car?
We take care of all car maintenance costs and expenses. If a Delimobil car is dirty, please contact us and we will take care of it. If you decide to clean the car on your own, we will not reimburse your car wash expenses.
What do I do if I leave something behind in a car?

If you leave anything in the car, please call 8 (800) 234 22 44. We'll do our best to help you get your belongings back. Please note that it's not recommended to leave your belongings in the car even when you put the vehicle in Standby. We are not liable for anything you may have left in the car.

Are there any mileage limits?
The Basic and Fairytale pricing plans include unlimited mileage. The daily pricing plan is limited to 70 km per day. Any extra mileage is paid at a rate of 8 rubles per km.
Who is responsible for paying fines?
You are fully responsible for all infractions/fines resulting from your violation of traffic regulations, violation of other regulations (e.g. parking on a lawn) or for the car being towed by the respective authorities. Information about any fines or penalties you incur is forwarded to the email indicated in your profile. All expenses related to paying fines, costs for towed vehicles and other expenses of Carsharing Russia LLC related to violations of the Agreement by customers are the sole responsibility of the respective customer.
What do I do if my Delimobil car was towed?

If your car is towed due to your own fault (e. g. violation of parking regulations), you are responsible for paying all fines and fees to release the vehicle from impound. You are responsible for getting the car from the impound, and paying the imposed administrative fine, towing service fee and impound holding time fee.

If an offender refuses to participate in retrieving the car from impound, then the offender must pay: the imposed administrative fine, towing service fee, impound holding time fee and also the fine put forth in the Delimobil Agreement in the event the vehicle is towed due to the customer's actions (or inaction).

Can I smoke or vape inside Delimobil cars?
No, it's strictly PROHIBITED to smoke or vape in our cars. Smoking in a Delimobil car is punishable by a fine according to the Delimobil Agreement.
Can I let someone else drive my Delimobil car?
No, you may not let any third parties operate a vehicle assigned to you. Surrendering control is also punishable by a fine according to the Delimobil Agreement.
Can I transport pets in Delimobil cars?
It is only permitted to transport pets in locked carriers preventing any direct contact of the animal with the vehicle. It is prohibited to transport large animals.
Can I drive in bus lanes?
Delimobil cars cannot be operated in bus lanes.
Can I transport oversize cargo?
It is prohibited to transport oversize cargo.
What do I do if my passport or drivers license has been replaced?

Force Majeure

I got into an accident. What do I do?
In the event of an accident, please immediately contact the police. After calling the police, please call us at +7 495 234 22 44 or 8 800 234 22 44 and inform us of the accident. If required, our employees will come to the site of accident and help you do the paperwork.
I've got a flat tire or the car broke down. What do I do?
In the event of a malfunction, flat tire or other major issue, please call +7 495 234 22 44 or 8 800 234 22 44 (around the clock). Our employees will advise you on the required course of action.
How much would I have to pay if I get into an accident?

Our cars are not covered by CNC insurance.

If you are deemed at fault for the accident and you have the Basic pricing plan, you must pay the fine according to the Delimobil Agreement and cover the costs of repairs. Your liability is limited to 30,000 rubles.

If you are deemed at fault for the accident and you have the All Inclusive pricing plan, you must pay the fine according to the Delimobil Agreement and cover the costs of repairs. Your liability is limited to 10,000 rubles.

If you are found not at fault in the accident, as supported by the required documents, you are not liable for any costs.

Please note: if you flee the accident site; if you were DUI/DWI at the time of the accident; if you do not fulfill your obligations related to the accident, then you must pay the fine according to the Delimobil Agreement, plus cover the full costs of repairs and all other damages. In this event you are not eligible for any limitations of liability.

How do I become a business customer?
If your business employs at least 10 people interested in driving Delimobil cars and be eligible for discounts, please send a request from your business email address registered at your company domain to corp@delimobil.ru.

Signing up

You can sign up in the mobile app. Our mobile app is the main tool you'll use to interact with us, so we strongly advise you download it in AppStore or GooglePlay. When registering, please select your preferred pricing plan and specify how you want to sign the Agreement: electronically or by hard copy. Both are acceptable, but there are some differences in the list of documents required to upload for evaluation. "Ready, Set, Go!" — is what you'll see in your Inbox after your account is activated.

Before booking a car for the first time, please make sure a credit card is linked with your account to pay for its usage. If you selected a pay-per-minute plan, the rental cost is deducted from your credit card immediately after the end of your booking. If you chose to rent a car for the day, the cost will be deducted before the rental starts.

Driving

End your rental

To complete your trip, you must find a permitted parking spot (according to the terms and conditions of the Agreement), park the car, turn off the engine and put the car in park. Exit the car. Lock the car using the mobile app. Your rental is now over! Use the Show Permitted Areas feature to make sure you've parked in a permitted area.
